Doing Something Valuable
If I knew what works
Will I take steps towards achieving a goal, if it were crystal clear to me? Or is it a problem of nebulous and fuzzy goals and a general sense of laziness which has crept into my life, which is the root cause of the unhappiness.
Why am I not pushing myself
I need to remind myself, that the only way I'm going to be truly engaged and focused on the object of desire, is to own the process of motivating myself and keeping my eyes on the ball. The key issues being, I need to tag the ball (i.e. define what is the game you are trying to play). How hard do I want to play?
Conviction or else confusion
Try and remain focused on your breathing, body awareness and thought and emotional mindfulness. The 3 concentric circles of breathe, body and mind are constant focus drills which you must remind yourself every single day, hour and instill it deep into your psyche.
How should I play the game ?
Be mindful and observe yourself and others.
